Booking Terms and Conditions
1. A booking is accepted by us
- when we have issued a confirmation of tour availability and cost, and
- on receipt of 25% deposit of the total cost of the tour, or full payment if with 30 days of tour start.
- Deposits are non-returnable
2. For your security Galloway Cycling Holidays complies with the EEC Package Travel Directive 1990 and your payments are held by an independent Trust Fund until completion of your holiday.
3. Insurance - It is recommended that travel insurance is purchased to cover cancellations, accidents, luggage loss etc. and repatriation if necessary. Galloway Cycling Holidays has the required Tour Operator public liability etc. insurance.
4. Cancellation - Cancellations must be made in writing.
22 to 30 days prior to start of tour - loss of 25% (deposit)

5. Complaints - We will do our utmost to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday. If you have any problems please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve them. Any complaints should be notified to us as soon as reasonably practical and in any event notified to our office in writing within 7 days from the end of your holiday.
6. Cancellation by Us (Has never occurred to date) - If in the unlikely event that for any reason we have to cancel your holiday, we will notify you as soon as possible and not less than 21 days before the start date of your holiday. We will offer an alternative of at least equal quality or make a full refund if preferred.
