Mountain Biking

As a mainly cycling holidays tour operator, we are the first to acknowledge that we have limited knowledge of the dedicated side mountainbiking. We do however have reasonable knowledge of the available 7 Stanes locations and Drumlanrig Castle Trails which are so popular in our area, and most importantly know who to contact to get the detailed knowledge.

In conjunction with our local partners we can arrange for a qualified trail guide and mountain bike or equipment hire if required. We can also arrange for you to stay in mountain biker friendly accommodation where there will be provisions for washing or working on your bike, cycle lock up and clothes drying facilities.

We are able to arrange some combined cycling and mountainbiking breaks - with local day hire of mountainbikes at up to 3 of the Stanes.
