We believe a Galloway Holiday has everything people look for in a Scottish break. Within a 2 hour drive of most of the North of England, Northern Ireland and Central Scotland, it’s very easy to get to and still offers that magical-faraway feel that rural Scotland is loved for.

We have been successfully arranging cycling holidays throughout Dumfries and Galloway region for several years. It is still our main activity.
As a small business with excellent contacts and knowledge of our region, we continue to have the flexibility to arrange cycling breaks to suit your requirements and schedule.

Mountainbiking

Our base in Castle Douglas is ideal situated to visit 5 of the world class 7 Stanes mountain biking centres at Kirroughtree, Glentrool, Dalbeattie, Mabie and Ae with more at Drumlanrig Castle.
We use the expertise of our dedicated mountain biking partners. Some mountain biking can also be mixed with other activities or sight seeing.

Walking
The Galloway Hills are already popular with hill walkers but there are also many more less strenuous coastal, riverside, woodland walks available.
We use our local knowledge to compile an itinerary of day walks to suit the length of your stay. We also arrange accommodation and give advice on other things to see and do in our area for .

Car Touring
We have some fantastic routes to explore the sights and scenery of our region using your own car, hire a classic car - or even local service buses if you prefer.
Whatever your interests, we can arrange your accommodation and provide the necessary information to allow you to visit the attractions of our region.

Golf Breaks
Along with two local golfing holidays partners, we are available to arrange a variety of golfing breaks in Dumfries and Galloway.
We have played on many of the region's courses and can use our knowledge of excellent hotels and others activities in the area during your stay - for you or other members of your party.

We offer to provide a family history or genealogy service within Dumfries and Galloway region where we have excellent local knowledge and contacts.
The service includes research - by our research partners, and a guide service for those visiting our area.

Our region has a large number of interesting places to visit under the terms of history / cultural / Gardens and indeed many other places of interest.
With our local knowledge, as well as accommodation to suit your budget we can arrange a varied holiday, from 2 days, to suit your time in our area.

We are continuing to develop our range of activity and holiday breaks on offer by using our local contacts network and liaising with other providers in the region.
Activities include water sports such assailing, water ski-ing, kayaking,
fly fishing courses / holidays, photography, painting and all kinds of wildlife activities to suit your interest.

Family Breaks

Apart from beaches and outdoor spaces, our area has several visitor centres which will interest the family.
A popular ice cream farm and activity centre, a chocolate factory with tea room and play area, David Coulthard's F1racing car museum and a family golf centre are all within a short distance of each other near to our base at Castle Douglas.
